Prabha was initiated into the world of Indian Classical music at the tender age of 5 by her mother, Smt Lakshmi Prabha, who is proficient in Carnatic music. She started her career 20 years ago and has performed several musical programs across India, UAE, and Canada. She performed with former Bollywood playback singer Vipin Sachdeva (Sanam Bewafa fame). In a short span of time, she has acquired multiple accolades and awards for her captivating performances. Prabha is noted for her mesmerizing vocal improvisations to instrumental solos. With a voice culture which connects to the legendary veteran singer of Bollywood, Padmashri Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar. she has been recognized as Lata Mangeshkar of UAE, by Gulf News, National newspaper of UAE. She uses her voice as an instrument, displaying precision and agility, mixed with heartfelt emotions.

V. Sasikala Swamy, a renowned light music singer, daughter of Sri N.C.S.Venkatacharyulu(SATHAVADHANI) and N.C.Chudamani who is her first guru. Learned music from Smt. C. Varalakshmi and Sri. D. Raghavachary (Hyderabad Brothers). She has over 40 years of experience in the music field. She is a singer, composer, lyricist and a teacher. She has given more than 5000 performances of classical, light, devotional and film songs. She has recorded songs in more than 300 audio cassettes. She has also released a full fledged album of Basara Saraswati by name ‘Sri Gnana Saraswati Suprasannam’ under the music direction of Sri Krishna Sai. She has also recorded albums of Venkateshwara Suprabhatam, Lalitha Sahasranamam, Vishnu Sahasranamam and Lakshmi Sahasranamam. In 1981, she sang in an album titled ‘Sri Rama Dhyana Sagaram’ along with the legendary Sri S.P. Balasubrahmanyam and Smt. S. Janaki and.other playback singers under the music direction or Sri P.V.Saibaba who is her Light Music guru.
